Start Spread Services

Now we can start the Spread Services.

1. Double-click on the Spread Olf_Spread_Daemon line in Services Manager to bring up its properties.
2. Click Start
3. Check that the status moves to ‘Started’ and no errors are thrown
4. Wait 30 seconds or so and make sure the status remains ‘Started’
5. Close the Properties window.

If the service does not start, check the Service Account running the service under the Log On tab in Properties. Re-enter the password details.

If that doesn’t work, check the install commands to verify that the correct Spread config file is being referenced.
